The Single Cell Data Alliance, led by Rancho BioSciences, is a pre-competitive collaboration bringing together pharma, biotech, and academic partners to address one of the biggest challenges in single-cell research: inconsistent and fragmented data.
By harmonizing and curating large-scale single-cell datasets using shared standards, ontologies, and proven workflows, the Alliance enables researchers to compare results across studies, reuse
data with confidence, and apply advanced analytics and AI
more effectively.
Together, we are building reproducible, interoperable, and AI-ready single-cell data foundations that reduce redundant effort and accelerate discovery across the scientific community.
