Rancho BioSciences announced the launch of OmicsHQ™, a unified catalog of expertly curated, standardized multi-omics datasets built for immediate use in drug discovery, research, and AI/ML model development. The platform launches with over 1,000 preprocessed single-cell transcriptomics datasets and more than 8,000 studies available for on-demand processing. All datasets are harmonized against standard ontologies and available in H5AD and Seurat formats with no additional preprocessing required.

Dr. Lomax brings her expertise as Head of Ontologies for SciBite at Elsevier, where she led the development of ontology-based tools to power semantic search, data integration, and AI-ready knowledge systems. She has also served on the Board of the Pistoia Alliance and is actively involved in several of its ontology projects. She is well known for her work on landmark projects such as the Gene Ontology (GO), International Society for Biocuration, and Open Biomedical Ontologies (OBO) Foundry.
