Rebecca Barr serves as Vice President of Finance and oversees Rancho’s Finance, Accounting, and Treasury functions. She partners with the leadership team to guide financial planning, performance management, and long-term growth.

Rebecca brings more than twenty years of experience across software, services, and technology. Prior to joining Rancho, she held leadership roles at AFS Technologies and Anju Software, where she focused on financial growth strategy, operational performance improvement, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance.
